Term and Conditions

1. ROOM OCCUPANCY & ROOMMATE RESPONSIBILITY

Double occupancy requires two travelers per room.
If you select double occupancy and your assigned or selected roommate cancels, withdraws, or otherwise does not travel, you are responsible for the applicable single-occupancy rate/supplement unless a replacement roommate is secured and accepted by BSP Worldwide LLC.
BSP Worldwide LLC and its affiliates are not responsible for finding a replacement roommate.
BSP may provide reasonable assistance with roommate matching as a courtesy; however, roommate matching is not guaranteed.
If BSP is unable to secure a roommate for you, the applicable single-occupancy supplement will be your responsibility.

2. PAYMENTS & PAYMENT PLANS

Monthly payments are required according to the payment schedule provided for your specific trip.
It is the traveler's responsibility to make all payments on time.
If you anticipate being unable to make a scheduled payment, you should contact BSP Worldwide LLC before the payment due date.
A late or missed payment without prior communication may result in the following fees:
- Late payment: $50
- Missed payment: $100
Two missed payments may result in automatic cancellation of the reservation. Two missed payments do not have to occur consecutively for cancellation to apply. Back-to-back missed payments will result in trip cancellation.
Once a trip has been cancelled because of missed payments, the reservation may not be reinstated unless BSP approves reinstatement and the traveler pays a $300 reinstatement fee, in addition to any outstanding balances, late fees, missed-payment fees, or other applicable charges.
Payment of a reinstatement fee does not guarantee that the original room, package, airfare, or itinerary will still be available.

3. CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & TRANSFERS

All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where BSP Worldwide LLC is legally required to provide otherwise.
If you voluntarily cancel your participation in the trip, you will forfeit amounts paid in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and the specific terms of your trip.
A traveler may request to transfer/sell their reservation to another traveler, subject to BSP's approval, availability, applicable supplier restrictions, and payment of any applicable transfer or administrative fee.
The replacement traveler assumes responsibility for all remaining payments, requirements, and obligations associated with the reservation.
A transfer does not automatically entitle the original traveler to a refund.
BSP Worldwide LLC cannot guarantee that a transfer request will be approved.

4. TRAVEL DISRUPTIONS, GOVERNMENT ACTIONS & UNFORESEEN EVENTS

BSP Worldwide LLC is not responsible for delays, cancellations, interruptions, additional expenses, or changes resulting from circumstances beyond BSP's reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Government actions or restrictions
Border closures
Travel bans or restrictions
Pandemics or epidemics
Public-health requirements
Natural disasters
Severe weather
Civil unrest
Strikes or transportation disruptions
Changes in airline, hotel, cruise, excursion, or supplier operations
Political events or governmental mandates

If a pandemic, global event, government restriction, or other qualifying disruption prevents the trip from operating as originally scheduled, BSP may postpone or reschedule the trip rather than cancel it.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly provided by a supplier's terms, payments will not be refunded or credited solely because the trip is postponed, rescheduled, or otherwise affected by such circumstances.

BSP Worldwide LLC is not responsible for the actions, policies, mandates, or decisions of any government, administration, presidential office, airline, hotel, excursion provider, or other third-party supplier.

5. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS & ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

All reservations must be made using the traveler's full legal name exactly as it appears on their valid passport or government-issued travel document.
Travelers are responsible for ensuring that their passport is valid for the period required by their destination and that it contains any required blank visa pages.
Travelers are solely responsible for determining and obtaining all required:
- Passports
- Visas
- Entry permits
- Vaccinations
- Health documentation
- COVID-related documentation, if applicable
- Other required travel documents
Travel requirements may change at any time. Travelers should verify current requirements directly with the appropriate embassy, consulate, government authority, airline, or other official source.
Any requirements communicated by BSP are provided for general assistance and should not be relied upon as a substitute for verifying official requirements.
Requirements provided by BSP may apply to U.S. citizens only unless otherwise stated. Non-U.S. citizens are responsible for consulting their applicable embassy, consulate, or qualified visa provider.
BSP Worldwide LLC is not responsible for denied boarding, denied entry, missed flights, or other losses resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, expired, or missing travel documentation.

6. FLIGHTS & AIRPORT TRANSFERS

Airport transfers are included only for travelers who purchase a package that specifically includes flights and airport transfers.
Travelers who purchase their own airfare are responsible for arranging and paying for their own airport transportation unless BSP confirms otherwise in writing.
Airport transfers may be available for purchase separately at an additional cost.
Flight schedules, airlines, departure times, arrival times, and routing are subject to change by the airline or other transportation provider.
Travelers are responsible for reviewing all confirmed flight information and complying with airline check-in, baggage, and documentation requirements.

7. TRAVEL INSURANCE

Travel insurance is required for every BSP Worldwide LLC trip.

Travelers are responsible for purchasing appropriate travel insurance coverage before departure and are strongly encouraged to select coverage that protects their trip investment against circumstances such as:

Trip cancellation or interruption
Medical emergencies
Emergency evacuation
Lost, delayed, or damaged baggage
Travel delays
Illness or injury
Other covered unforeseen circumstances

BSP Worldwide LLC is not responsible for losses that may be covered by travel insurance or for losses resulting from a traveler choosing inadequate coverage or failing to purchase coverage.

Travelers who need assistance locating travel insurance may contact BSP Worldwide LLC for general guidance. Any insurance policy is a contract between the traveler and the applicable insurance provider.

8. PRICING, CURRENCY FLUCTUATIONS & ADDITIONAL FEES

Trip pricing is based on the rates, supplier costs, exchange rates, taxes, fees, and other expenses applicable at the time the package is arranged.
Because international travel may involve foreign currencies, changes in exchange rates may affect the final cost of the trip.
If supplier costs, taxes, fees, exchange rates, or other mandatory costs increase before final payment, BSP Worldwide LLC reserves the right to adjust the traveler's balance accordingly, subject to applicable law and the terms of the applicable supplier.
The traveler agrees to pay any applicable additional amount reflected on their updated invoice.
Gratuities for tour guides, drivers, or other service providers are not included unless specifically stated in the travel package.
Unless otherwise specified, a suggested gratuity is $10 per person, per day.
Optional pre-night and post-night hotel stays are not included unless specifically purchased through BSP.
Travelers who arrange their own pre-night or post-night accommodations are responsible for all related costs and transportation.

9. HOTEL & ITINERARY CHANGES

Hotel accommodations, room assignments, transportation, excursions, events, restaurants, schedules, and other itinerary components are subject to change.
BSP Worldwide LLC will make reasonable efforts to provide the services described in the travel package; however, specific hotels, activities, times, venues, transportation providers, or itinerary components may change due to availability, operational requirements, weather, government restrictions, supplier changes, or other circumstances.
A change to a hotel, activity, or itinerary item does not automatically entitle a traveler to a refund or credit.
Any substitute accommodation or service will be determined by BSP and/or the applicable supplier based on availability and circumstances.

10. THIRD-PARTY EXCURSIONS & ACTIVITIES

Travelers may have the opportunity to purchase excursions, activities, transportation, or other services provided by third-party vendors.

Third-party excursions are separate services and may not be operated, owned, or controlled by BSP Worldwide LLC.
BSP Worldwide LLC is not responsible for the acts, omissions, injuries, losses, delays, cancellations, property damage, or other incidents arising from a third-party excursion to the extent permitted by law.
Travelers participate in excursions and activities at their own risk and are responsible for evaluating whether an activity is appropriate for their physical abilities and circumstances.
Some excursions may involve substantial walking, stairs, uneven terrain, water activities, transportation, or other physical requirements.
Travelers are responsible for their personal belongings and luggage during excursions unless otherwise provided by the applicable supplier.

11. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY, CONDUCT & PROPERTY DAMAGE

Travelers are responsible for their own conduct throughout the trip.

By participating in a BSP trip, you agree to:

Follow all hotel, airline, transportation provider, excursion, venue, and event rules and policies.
Follow all applicable laws and regulations.
Treat staff, guides, other travelers, hotel guests, and members of the public respectfully.
Accept responsibility for your personal belongings, luggage, and property.
Pay for any damage, loss, cleaning charges, penalties, or other expenses caused by your actions or negligence.

Travelers acknowledge that travel and recreational activities involve inherent risks and agree to participate responsibly and at their own risk, subject to applicable law.

12. REMOVAL FROM HOTEL, EVENT OR TRAVEL ACTIVITY

BSP Worldwide LLC does not supersede the rules, policies, or authority of any hotel, airline, event venue, transportation provider, excursion operator, or other third-party supplier.

If a traveler is removed, denied service, denied boarding, or asked to leave a hotel, event, excursion, transportation service, or other travel component because of failure to comply with applicable rules, policies, laws, or instructions, BSP Worldwide LLC is not responsible for providing or paying for alternative arrangements, except where required by applicable law.

Examples of conduct that may result in removal or denial of service include, but are not limited to:

Disruptive or threatening behavior
Smoking where prohibited
Property damage
Failure to follow hotel or venue policies
Failure to follow safety instructions
Excessive or inappropriate behavior
Failure to arrive on time for scheduled transportation or activities
Violation of applicable laws or supplier rules

No refund or credit will be provided for unused travel components resulting from a traveler's removal or failure to comply with applicable rules, subject to applicable law.

13. ITINERARY RESPONSIBILITY & TRAVELER ACKNOWLEDGMENT

Travelers are responsible for reviewing the itinerary provided for their trip, including:

Flight information
Hotel information
Event times and locations
Excursion times and locations
Transportation schedules
Meeting points
Required arrival/check-in times
Traveler responsibilities associated with each package component

Travelers understand that failure to arrive at the designated time or location may result in the loss of that travel component without refund, subject to applicable law and supplier terms.

14. PACKAGE COMPONENTS & SERVICES

By making payment, the traveler acknowledges that they have reviewed the components included in their selected package and understands that certain services may be supplied by independent third parties.

BSP Worldwide LLC may coordinate or arrange travel services but does not control every aspect of the services provided by airlines, hotels, transportation companies, excursion operators, venues, or other suppliers.

Supplier terms and conditions may also apply to individual components of the travel package.

15. NO GUARANTEE OF SPECIFIC SUPPLIER OR SERVICE

Unless expressly guaranteed in writing, BSP Worldwide LLC does not guarantee a particular airline, aircraft, room number, room location, flight schedule, excursion provider, event venue, restaurant, transportation provider, or other supplier.

BSP will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes to travelers when information becomes available.

Itinerary Changes

Please understand that all itineraries are subject to change when necessary. While we make every effort to follow the planned schedule, circumstances beyond our control—such as severe weather, natural disasters, public health emergencies or pandemics, or unforeseen global events... may require us to modify, postpone, or cancel an event.

In addition, certain BOGO (Buy One, Get One) events or promotions may be adjusted or canceled if we do not receive enough participants to meet the minimum attendance required for the event to take place.

We truly appreciate your understanding and flexibility. Our goal is always to provide the best and safest experience possible, and we will make every reasonable effort to communicate any changes as soon as they are known.
